Carlos Manuel Oliveiros da Silva, nicknamed Vermelhinho (born 9 March 1959 in São João da Madeira) is a retired Portuguese footballer.

During his club career he mainly played for FC Porto, and played in the 1984 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup Final, where Porto lost to Juventus F.C. 1–2. He is most remembered for scoring the goal that decided the semifinal of that competition against Aberdeen FC. In a foggy night, Vermelhinho scored an amazing long range lob.
