Vila do Porto (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈvilɐ du ˈpoɾtu], "Port Town") is the single municipality, the name of the main town and one of the civil parishes on the island of Santa Maria, in the Portuguese Autonomous Region of Azores. The nearest municipality to it is Povoação on São Miguel (to the northwest) and it is southwest of the Formigas Islets.

The main source of industry are agriculture and fishing while a small number of businesses are in the downtown area.

Vila do Porto has a few schools, one lyceum, a gymnasium, banks, a post office, a small port and a square or a plaza (praça).
