Encyclopedia

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Vruk is both a bass drum pedal attachment and a method of playing.

As equipment, it is a spring that attaches to the footboard and allows for greater control of the pedals.

As a method it differs radically from heel-toe technique. Rather than being a shuffle as so-called ballistic technique, it is a smoother rocking motion.

As equipment, it is a spring that attaches to the footboard and allows for greater control of the pedals.

As a method it differs radically from heel-toe technique. Rather than being a shuffle as so-called ballistic technique, it is a smoother rocking motion. And is a faster way to get more BPM.
