WALY is a radio station serving the Altoona, Pennsylvania, area. WALY 103.9 Plays It All From The 80s, 90s, and Today!; branded as "WALY 103.9". The station is owned by Forever Broadcasting, Inc. with K.C. O'Day and Jay Parks in the Morning, Bob Steele on Middays, Bill Kurtis in the Afternoon and The John Tesh Radio Show Weeknights. The station began playing oldies music before soon changing to its present music selection.
