WARK (1490 AM) is a radio station located in Hagerstown, Maryland, in the United States. It features a news/talk format with popular personalities like Dennis Miller and Bill O'Reilly. WARK is owned by Nassau Broadcasting.
During the 1960s and 1970s, WARK was a primary source for top 40 music in Hagerstown (before adopting the talk radio format). In the late 1970s WARK adjusted its format to "Adult Rock" and took on the 15ARK moniker. This lasted until about 1980 when they became Skyline Radio, a mixed talk/music format. It failed and within a year was again playing Adult Rock on 15ARK. In 1982, the station changed format again to the Music of Your Life syndicated format. This lasted until sometime in the mid 80's when they became a full time talk radio station.
The station carries sporting events for the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, and Maryland Terrapins.
