WIVM-LP (channel 52) in Canton, Ohio, WIVN-LP (channel 29) and WIVD-LD (channel 22) in Newcomerstown, Ohio, and WIVX-LD (channel 51) in Loudonville, Ohio are low power television stations serving Stark and Tuscarawas counties in Ohio, and nearby counties and communities.

WIVM, WIVN, WIVD, and WIVX are owned by Image Video Teleproductions, Inc., and simulcast all programming on both channels.

WIVX-LD signed on October 6, 2008. The station is located in the Loudonville, Ohio area and can be seen on digital UHF TV channel 51. WIVX-LD, originally W65AH, was purchased from Ohio University, and simulcasts WIVM programming to portions of Ashland, Holmes, Knox, Richland & Wayne counties. Image Video purchased another Ohio University station, W69AO (channel 69 in Millersburg, Ohio), at the same time.[1][2]

The stations are Retro Television Network affiliates; prior to joining RTN in May 2009, they aired America One programming. All three stations are locally-owned and operated. Every morning, the stations carry a television simulcast of the morning drive radio show of Canton station WHBC-AM 1480.

WIVM-LP is carried by Time Warner Cable on channel 989 in Stark County and on Massillon Cable, channel 21. WIVN-LP is carried by Time Warner Cable on channel 99 & channel 989 in Tuscarawas, Holmes & Carroll Counties.

Digital television

WIVX-LD digital channel 51 is up and running in Loudonville. While broadcasting in analog on channel 52 in the Canton/ Stark County area, WIVM-LP has applied for construction permits to convert to digital on 38 and 39. WIVN-LP has a construction permit to flash-cut to digital on its current analog channel, 29. W69AO has applied for a construction permit to convert to digital on channel 27.
