WTAP-DT3 is the MyNetworkTV-affiliated television station for Parkersburg, West Virginia. The station is a third digital subchannel of NBC affiliate WTAP-TV that is owned by Gray Television. Over-the-air, it broadcasts a digital signal on UHF channel 49.3 from WTAP's transmitter located in Constitution, Ohio. Via cable, the station is offered on Suddenlink and CAS channel 5. WTAP-DT3's parent station has studios at Television Plaza in downtown Parkersburg. Syndicated programming on the station includes: Family Guy, Two and a Half Men, Andy Griffith, and Scrubs. Overnights, they air a local weather radar. It broadcasts in 480i video mode with a 4:3 aspect ratio.

WTAP-DT3 began on April 10, 2006 when WTAP began broadcasting a UPN affiliate on a new third digital subchannel as well as Charter and CAS cable channel 5. Eventually, Suddenlink replaced Charter. Before the launch of the station, the Parkersburg / Marietta television market did not have a UPN affiliate of its own. To make this station possible, WTAP underwent a technical transformation. It carved a new control room out of space that was previously used for storage and installed an entire digital production and master control room. Eventually, Suddenlink Communications replaced Charter. On September 5, WTAP-DT3 became affiliated with FOX's new sister network, MyNetworkTV. The name changed from "Your UPN" to My 5 after the station's channel location on area cable systems.
