Wacław Grzybowski (1887-1959) was a Polish politician and philosopher. Deputy to Polish Sejm from 1927 to 1935, ambassador to Soviet Union (Moscow) from July 1936 to 17 September 1939. As Ambassador he was summoned and given the note informing of the Soviet cancelling agreements with Poland prior to their invasion of Poland. Wacław Grzybowski refused too accept the note[1] and then emigrated.
