Walker Basin is an isolated unincorporated community about 3,300-3,400 feet AMSL located along Kern County Road 483 (Caliente/Bodfish Road) between Havilah and Fig Orchard in the U.S. state of California. Havilah has a U.S. Forest Service facility as the anchor for the town.

The US Geological Survey officially recognizes the place and identifies the coordinate set 35°24′35″N 118°31′17″W / 35.40972°N 118.52139°W / 35.40972; -118.52139 as being in the community. The area is outside but near Sequoia National Forest lands.
