Western Art Week is the culmination of events celebrating the heritage of Western art and marking the March 19th birthday of noted Western artist Charles Marion Russell held in his hometown of Great Falls, Montana. The focus of Western Art Week is to support, recognize and highlight the various art auctions, shows and events in the community. Long-running auctions and shows during the event are C.M. Russell Museum's The Russell, the Western Heritage Artists Association Art Show, Great Falls Ad Club's C.M. Russell Art Auction, the Great Falls Native American Art Show, Jay Contway and Friends Art Show and March in Montana.

Western Art Week has been held annually for the past 42 years on or around the 3rd week of March.
