"What Christmas Means to Me" is a Christmas song written by Anna Gordy Gaye, George "Horgay" Gordy and Allen Story.

Stevie Wonder sang the song on his 1967 Christmas album, Someday at Christmas released in both stereo and monoaural by Tamla Records (TS-281 and TM-281 respectively); the song was produced by Henry Cosby.

The song would later by covered by pop singer Jessica Simpson for her holiday LP Rejoyce: The Christmas Album (2004); produced by billymann, it was released as the album's third and final single in 2004 (see 2004 in music). It was given a limited airplay-only release but reached number eight on Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart in the U.S. An a cappella version performed by Overboard was recorded for their 2008 album "Tidings". Other covers of this song were performed by Hanson, the Olsen Twins, Natalie Grant and Mandisa.
