Williams Street Productions, LLC, operating under the name Williams Street, (previously known as Ghost Planet Industries after Space Ghost's home base studio from 1994 to 1998) is a division of Cartoon Network, which is owned by Turner Broadcasting, an operational unit of Time Warner. The studio mainly produces animated series mostly geared towards older teens to adults, which air on Cartoon Network as a separate network for ratings purposes. Adult Swim is produced and programmed by Williams Street. Keith Crofford and Mike Lazzo oversee operations for the studio building.

The name originates from the location of the studios (which double as the home office for Adult Swim) on Williams Street in Atlanta, Georgia, in proximity to the current offices of Ted Turner-founded WTBS, CNN, and the Cartoon Network itself. The southernmost segment of the street runs east and west for one city block, a half block north of Auburn Avenue. On the other side of the Flatiron Building, it picks up again at Peachtree Street next to the Rhodes-Haverty Building. Running northwest (actually one-way southeast) through the Fairlie-Poplar district, it turns north after Spring Street, goes past the American Cancer Society Center, and then ends at the north end of the Grady Curve of the Downtown Connector. The Connector then follows the former path of the street for several blocks from downtown due north into midtown past The Varsity, and Williams Street appears again on the opposite (east) side of the freeway from 4th Street to 16th Street. The studio is located on the southeast corner of 12th Street at 1065 Williams Street, with the new main Turner building visible directly across the freeway on Techwood Drive.
