Xining Caojiabao Airport (Chinese: 西宁曹家堡机场) is an airport in Xining, Qinghai, People’s Republic of China (IATA: XNN, ICAO: ZLXN). It is located 29km east of the city of Xining and the airport began operation on May 25th 1999. Although the largest airport in the province of Qinghai, Caojiabao airport is still a relatively minimal airport. Recent additions included the construction of a new terminal as well as the expansion of the current terminal.
